ST42 Carbon Steel Pipe is a German standard seamless steel pipe, which is widely used. According to different uses, it can be supplied in three categories: a. according to chemical composition and mechanical properties; b. Supply according to mechanical properties; c. Supplied as per hydrostatic test. The steel pipes supplied according to class a and b shall also undergo hydrostatic test if they are used to withstand liquid pressure. 3. Seamless tubes for special purposes include boiler seamless tubes, chemical and electric power seamless tubes, German standard seamless tubes for geology and seamless tubes for petroleum.
