The grade of this steel is composed of the first letters of the Chinese pinyin for "yield strength", "weathering resistance" "Q", "NH" and the lower limit of yield strength and quality grade. For example, the "355" in "Q355NHD" means that its lower limit of yield strength is 355 MPa.
